They are necessary since now no other alternative method has been adopted universally and Evils because most people shiver by its name. people shiver by its name Come EXAMS and many hearts skip a beat students get anxious and spend sleepless nights and many suffer from exam phobia. This affects them adversely and they fail to perform to the best of their ability. However, some positive steps may They may be excellent at their work but when they are asked to prove their powers through an examination, often they falter showing their vulnerability towards exams and exam related stress.

The fear of being put to test can be quite stressful for many people help the examinees to reduce their stress and assist them in achieving their target. Below mentioned are some simple yet effective steps to combat the so called "exam fever".

  • Making and following a "Time Table" is good but very few follow this and as a result a fortnight before the exam students find themselves in deep water so better to identify the difficult areas of study and revise regularly before going to bed and early in the morning.

  • Remember, there is no shortcut to success. However, for those late birds, the above practices would surely help them a lot.
